The WARIF Model
Health
Through the WARIF Rape Crisis Center and our network of Sexual Assault Referral Center (SARCs), we provide free, confidential medical care, forensic exams, psycho-social counseling, and legal aid to survivors of sexual violence.
Education
Our programs, like the WARIF Educational School Program (WESP), Campus Sexual Violence Prevention Program, and Boys Conversation Café, educate young people to recognize, prevent, and respond to SGBV.
Community Engagement
Initiatives such as the WARIF Gatekeepers Program, Know Your Community Program and the Women Empowerment Program empower key community actors such as traditional birth attendants, local leaders, and law enforcement to recognize and respond to SGBV within their communities.
