The Close out sessions of Cycle 2 of the WARIF Prevention of Campus Sexual Violence Program in partnership with the EU-UN Spotlight Initiative; was recently held in Abuja and Lagos.

This was a hybrid program with a combined online classroom participation by students across institutions in Nigeria and in-person classroom sessions with students from tertiary institutions in Lagos and Abuja.

Over 3000 students were reached in Cycle 1 in 2020 with the first ever online classroom on the Prevention of School Related GBV in Nigeria.

An additional 3000 more participated in the recently concluded Cycle 2 hybrid program.

The WARIF Prevention of Campus Sexual Violence has reached to date over 6,300 students in Cycle 1 and 2.

Implementing in-person schools were; Lagos State University, (LASU; Ojo, Epe and Ikeja campus), Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) and Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education (ACOED), VERITAS University, University of Abuja and Nile University.
